Mike Wooley

Mike first found yoga more than 10 years ago. After a few classes he knew that yoga would forever play a role in his life.  As he started to incorporate yoga into his daily life, his desire to share his experience with others began to grow. His inspiration over the years is drawn from his teachers and yoga mentors.  “I love to teach, I am passionate about helping others reach self-awareness that changes their life’s for the better. I love community and I surround myself with as much of it as I can”.
Mike continues to be a student, always working on his practice, and bring new ideas and techniques to his class.
Mike trained under Linda Kay, is also a certified Spinning Instructor and has been teaching Spinning classes for 10 years. He is also trained in Transcendental Meditation which he practices on a daily basis. He is employed by Oakwood Health System, and is the Executive Director of The Center for Exceptional Families.
Mike is blessed with a very supporting wife, a beautiful son, daughter in-law and grandson.
