I took my first Yoga lesson at Karma Yoga in July of 2016, started Teacher training with Katherine, and became certified in 2018. For the past two years, I have been studying Ayurveda with a Doctor from India. I  enjoy working at Karma as a desk staff goddess. I am excited to check you in for your next class:)
