“I attended the Karma Yoga shala in 2006.  The instruction throughout the program and even after the shala completed was above and beyond all of my expectations.  Katherine Austin has a way of presenting her material in a clear and concise way that is easy for everyone to understand and use.
It was truly a life changing experience for me as an instructor and as a human being.”
-Michele Fife, owner Seva Yoga  www.sevayoga.net

“Katherine Austin’s Teacher Training course was a deeply inspirational learning experience that not only covered all the necessary principals of teaching yoga and the philosophies of this ancient practice, but allowed for individual expression and creative thinking.  One felt an immediate community of support in an atmosphere of nurturing, acceptance and love.”

-Kerstin Allvin

"Katherine Austin is a dedicated and compassionate teacher.  She shares her wealth of knowledge with clarity and enthusiasm.  To be in her presence and share the journey of yoga is truly a blessing."

-Nick Hansinger

“Karma Shala has been a fulfilling experience for me in that I received the knowledge to become an instructor that teaches with confidence; students who are just starting out to students with a deeper knowledge of the practice.  I also received the confidence to open my own studio shortly after my graduation.
Katherine's support continues today, whenever I need guidance as an instructor or as a studio owner.  I appreciate her continued support.
Peace and many thanks Katherine.”
