Ayurvedic cleanse for all!
This cleanse is inspired by the bounty of the autumnal harvest. We will have an opportunity to lighten up, and eat a simple whole foods diet based on seasonal Ayurvedic principles specific for each individual constitution (dosha). Natalie will guide us inward where true healing begins. An extensive recipe packet is included and each class covers Ayurvedic cleansing theory appropriate for fall cleansing.
