Join Natalie Donnellon-Piet for an uplifting practice for all levels. We will come together to honor the sacred threshold of time and space that New Year’s Eve represents. This will be an intimate practice blending Intention, Asana, Meditation, and Gong relaxation. We will gather to attune to the Light of the Heart as we honor the exhale of 2014 and welcome the expansive inhale of 2015.
